BEEF
Wonderful tasting beef produced here to very high standards. All our beef is matured on the bone for three weeks, resulting in a rich dark coloured meat with a taste and tenderness to remember .

Pork
Succulent pork produced the old fashioned way. We take great pride in our pork making sure that we keep up the high standards of quality and taste that we have set ourselves.
LAMB
Our lamb is all produced from our own flock of sheep. Most of the time wecut the lamb into standard size joints but we can prepare cuts to your requirements
DRY CURED BACON & GAMMON
Starting with high quality pork and dry curing it in the old fashioned way we produce bacon to remember. Because our bacon is dry cured you don't get a pan full of white gunge during cooking . Very highly recommended.
Sausages
Another high seller with a big repeat purchases every week. We produce our sausages using Pork shoulder with a bit of Belly pork to create a delicious lean sausage.
